Executive Counseling for Leaders and Senior Professionals
High achievement can come with a psychological cost.
The pressure to perform, lead, decide, deliver, and remain composed can leave little room to explore what is happening underneath: anxiety, exhaustion, perfectionism, difficult relationships, loneliness, loss of meaning, or the feeling that success has somehow become a trap.
I work with executives, senior professionals, entrepreneurs, and other high responsibility individuals who want more than simply managing symptoms. I help clients develop greater self awareness, emotional flexibility, resilience, and a more sustainable relationship with themselves, their work, and the people around them.
A rare combination of experience
Before becoming a counselor, I spent more than twenty years at Procter & Gamble, working as a director in a global corporate environment.
I understand the corporate world from the inside. I have led global research, managed diverse international teams, worked across cultures, and delivered large scale projects in an environment where performance, accountability, and results mattered every day.
I also understand the other side of the equation. I trained professionally in counseling and have spent many years exploring my own emotional, psychological, and embodied development.
This combination shapes the way I work today.
I understand the demands of the professional world, and I work with the person behind the professional role.
An individualized approach
I do not believe in applying the same method to every client.
People are complex, and no single therapeutic model has all the answers.
My training in counseling psychology gives me a clinical foundation. My own extensive exploration has also led me to experience and study a broad range of psychological, emotional, embodied, and experiential approaches.
I draw from different tools depending on the person sitting in front of me, their history, their needs, and what they are hoping to change.
Sometimes the work requires insight.
Sometimes it requires working with emotions.
Sometimes the body has something important to tell us.
And sometimes meaningful change comes from approaching an old pattern in an entirely different way.
Start with a conversation
Choosing a counselor is personal.
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation so we can briefly discuss what brings you here, what you are looking for, and whether I might be the right person to work with you.
